Ojin Bakes, formerly known as Happy, began in 1982 in Calicut, Kerala, founded by A.K. Kutty Hassan Hajji with his sons N.P. Subair, A.K. Muhammed Fousir, and A.K. Junaise. Starting small with traditional halwas, sweets, and snacks, supported by their first employee Palazhi Mohammed, the brand grew over four decades into Ojin Foods Pvt. Ltd., with strong roots in wholesale, retail, franchising, and exports.

From the first retail shop in Nadakkavu in 2006 to today’s wide network of outlets and suppliers, Ojin Bakes continues its passion for authentic taste and quality. With ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP certifications, we maintain uncompromising food safety, freshness, and exceptional customer service.
